Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 21, 2026 · Applies to the Pricely Chrome extension and this website.

Pricely is built by cFire Innovations, an independent developer based in Asunción, Paraguay. This policy explains, in plain language, what information Pricely collects, why, and what it never does with it. If anything here is unclear, email us at support@cfireinnovations.com.

The short version: Pricely doesn't require an account. Your searches, wishlist and settings stay on your own device. We never sell your data or show you ads. The only things that leave your device are described below, item by item, and none of them are linked to your name or email.

1. Information stored only on your device

Pricely uses your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local) to save the things that make it useful across sessions. This data is not transmitted to us and stays on your computer unless you uninstall the extension or clear its storage yourself:

2. Information sent to our backend, and why

Pricely's Chrome extension talks to our own server (a Cloudflare Worker we operate) for a small number of specific actions. We never receive your name, email, or physical address through the extension itself.

Use the extension at allA random, anonymous install IDOur own analytics, to tell installs apart and enforce fair-use limits

That random install ID is a UUID generated on your device the first time you install Pricely. It contains no personal information and is never combined with your name, email, IP address, or browsing history to build a profile. It exists purely so we can tell "1,000 requests from 1,000 different installs" apart from "1,000 requests from one install stuck in a retry loop," and to apply the free-tier usage limits fairly.

What we don't send anywhere

3. Payments (Pricely Premium)

Premium subscriptions are billed and processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. When you subscribe, you're taken to Lemon Squeezy's own secure checkout page. Pricely never receives, sees, or stores your card number, billing address, or any other payment detail. Lemon Squeezy's handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.

4. Usage analytics

We collect anonymous, aggregate counts of things like "a search happened" or "a comparison was blocked because the monthly limit was reached," tied only to the random install ID described above, using Cloudflare's own Analytics Engine. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party advertising or cross-site tracking network.

5. Affiliate links

Pricely is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, and also participates in the Walmart and eBay affiliate programs for Premium's comparison results. When you buy something through a link Pricely opens, we may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. Clicking through takes you to Amazon's, Walmart's, or eBay's own website, where their own privacy policy and cookies apply, not ours.

6. Third parties we rely on

Processing the features above requires sending the specific, limited data described in section 2 to these service providers. None of them receive your name or email through Pricely:

7. Children's privacy

Pricely is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we'll remove it.

8. Your choices

You can clear everything Pricely has stored on your device at any time from chrome://extensions (remove the extension, or use "Clear data" where your browser offers it). If you're a Premium subscriber, you can manage or cancel your subscription directly from the confirmation email Lemon Squeezy sent you, or by emailing us.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, for significant changes, note it in the extension's release notes. We encourage you to review this page occasionally.
