These terms govern your use of the Pricely Chrome extension and this website, both operated by cFire Innovations ("we," "us"), an independent developer based in Asunción, Paraguay. By installing Pricely or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Pricely.
1. What Pricely is
Pricely is a Chrome extension that helps you search Amazon using natural language or an image, shows deal scores and price history on Amazon product pages, and lets you save products to track their prices over time. An optional Premium subscription adds multi-store price comparison (Amazon vs. Walmart vs. eBay) and unlimited automatic price tracking.
Pricely is an independent, third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Amazon, Walmart, or eBay.
2. The free plan
The core features described on our Features page are free to use, with no account required, and we intend to keep it that way. We may adjust free-tier usage limits (for example, how often background price checks run) to keep the service sustainable and fair for everyone, and we'll reflect any such limits in the extension itself.
3. Pricely Premium
- Billing. Premium is a recurring subscription billed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy, not cFire Innovations, is the seller of record for tax and payment purposes, and your payment details are handled entirely by them.
- Pricing. Current pricing is always shown in the extension and on this site before you subscribe. We may run promotions or change pricing for future billing periods; we won't change what you've already been charged for.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime through the confirmation email Lemon Squeezy sent when you subscribed, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn't automatically refund charges already made.
- Refunds. If something isn't working as described, contact us at support@cfireinnovations.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll work it out with you on a case-by-case basis.
- Fair use. Premium's comparison feature has a monthly usage limit (shown in the extension). It's meant for personal shopping use, not for automated or bulk querying.
4. Acceptable use
Please don't use Pricely to violate Amazon's, Walmart's, or eBay's own terms of service, to scrape or resell data at scale, to attempt to bypass usage limits, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for accounts or license keys used this way.
5. No warranty
Pricely is provided "as is." Deal scores, price history, and AI-generated summaries are aids to help you shop, not guarantees of the lowest price or of product quality, they can be wrong, incomplete, or unavailable at times, and we don't promise Pricely will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, cFire Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pricely, including purchasing decisions made based on information it shows. Our total liability for any claim relating to Premium is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as Pricely evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we do, and for material changes to the Premium terms, we'll try to give you notice in advance.
